Accredited Buyer Representative
Why do I need an Accredited Buyer’s Representative?
When you choose an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, it means that you are getting two very important things.
First, you are getting an advocate for you as a buyer. Most realtors are only trained to advocate for sellers. A buyer’s representative, however, is someone who looks at the transaction from the buyer’s perspective and helps you ask the right questions and solve problems in ways that promote your interests as the buyer of a home. Whether it’s for your first house or your dream house, a buyer’s representative will help you find solutions that best suit your interests.
Second, when you chose an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, it means that you’re getting someone who has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors for their expertise in dealing with transactions from a buyer’s perspective. Only realtors who have completed advanced training, passed a rigorous exam and completed a significant number of transactions working solely for buyers may call themselves Accredited Buyer’s Representatives.
All of the agents on The Witt-Lippincott Team hold the designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative—ABR. We believe this additional training helps us offer you superior representation as the buyer of a property. Our team will guide you through every step of the process, and help you locate and purchase the home that makes sense for you.
