Loretta Witt
I have come to learn that every buyer of real estate needs special attention. He or she needs an agent who will listen intently, who will provide all necessary information, who will be available when it’s important, who will understand how to handle calmly all the curve balls the real estate market sometimes throws, who will grasp intuitively that the buyer’s interests are paramount. This concept of sensitive agency is one I emphasize with the buyers’ agents of the Witt-Lippincott Team. We work together so that buyers get up from the settlement table with a key in their hands and smiles on their faces.
Since 1983, I have helped buyers buy wonderful properties in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Every year, with help from so many thoughtful friends and a growing business network, I have sold more properties than any other agent in my office. My good fortune goes hand-in-hand with hard work, organization, attention to detail and education. As an associate broker, broker-appraiser, and a Certified Residential Specialist, I work to give buyers and sellers the best, most reliable advice I can give. I am enormously proud that all members of the Witt-Lippincott Team do the same. Our team is “Top of the Rock” in the Prudential Real Estate system. In 2007, our team won the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors’ award for top production in northwest Philadelphia!
All our team members are required to obtain two important designations from the National Association of Realtors. The first is “Accredited Buyer Representative.” This designation is reserved for those agents who have done a large number of transactions with buyers and who have taken required educational courses with the goal of offering superior representation.
The second is “Green.” This one sounds simple, but the Witt-Lippincott Team takes very seriously a responsibility to act as an advocate for the earth as we advise our clients. Owning a property presents choices that will result in either a smaller or larger carbon footprint on the land. A realtor is often in the position to influence decisions that a buyer makes in this regard, so even though we may not know everything about the environment or “living green”, we continue to learn and to encourage others to do the same. Thank you for considering the Witt-Lippincott Team as your buyers’ agent. WE LOVE BUYERS!
