My Prudential, Fox & Roach office is conveniently located in Chestnut Hill on West Evergreen Avenue a half of a block west of Germantown Avenue, and across from the Chestnut Hill West Train Station.

By Car

From I-76, exit onto Lincoln Drive, follow Lincoln Drive to a dead end and make a right turn onto Allens Lane, follow Allens Lane to a dead end and turn left at the cobblestones onto Germantown Avenue, go up the hill into Chestnut Hill about 1 1/2 miles, turn left at the traffic light at Evergreen Avenue. Our office is immediately on your left.
From PA Turnpike, take exit 25, towards Norristown, keep right and merge onto W. Germantown Pike, which becomes Germantown Avenue. Follow this main road 5 miles into Chestnut Hill. Pass Borders book store on your left, at the next traffic light turn right onto Evergreen Avenue. You will see our sign immediately on the left.

By bus
Take SEPTA Route 23 (Germantown Avenue) to the top of the Hill across from the train station in Chestnut Hill. Walk south on Germantown Ave. and make a right on Evergreen Avenue, go 1/2 block to #14. See the SEPTA website for all Route 23 schedules and connections.

By train
Take SEPTA's R8 Chestnut Hill West line to Chestnut Hill station, do not climb stairs to Germantown Avenue, but rather exit in front of the station on Evergreen Avenue and cross the street to my office. See the SEPTA website for complete R8 Chestnut Hill West timetables.
